All States Estimating uses one of leading 3D modelling software for roof estimation, Roof Wizard.

For Satellite & Reroof estimates, All States Estimating uses a combination of Nearmap's aerial imaging and AppliCad's 3D modelling.

 For commercial and Industrial estimates, All States Estimating uses another leading estimating software called PlanSwift. 

We use PlanSwift by Construct Connect to create an accurate bill of quantities for all your metal wall cladding, James Hardie, and more.

For onsite job coordination, All States Estimating can also provide a Block cutting/roof sheeting layout roof plan.
